I am trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) which is a polyvagal intervention and EMDR which is a trauma approach addressing numerous concerns and diagnoses.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

The Safe and Sound Protocol is a non-invasive therapy that helps to regulate the nervous system and improve social engagement. It uses specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps retrain the stress response. The therapy has been shown to be effective in treating range of conditions, including anxiety, trauma, and sensory processing issues. EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a psychotherapy that has been proven effective in treating trauma and other mental health conditions.
